Warren Langevin is a Harold Stirling Vanderbilt Scholar at Vanderbilt University. He holds a Research Associate position at the National Research and Development Center on School Choice, Competition, and Student Achievement.
Currently, Warren is involved in a national study of state takeovers of local school districts funded by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Education Laboratory and U.S. Department of Education. The principal investigator for the multi-year grant is Professor Kenneth K. Wong. Both researchers are secondarily investigating the representational dimensions of Title I program in the U.S. Congress.
His research interests are state policy leadership, intergovernmental relations, formal and informal legal structures, political institutions, and public policy.
